2. Data we collect

Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp, country or city, event details (date, venue, time), messages and photographs you upload, and browsing data (cookies and analytics).

3. Necessary purposes

To create, review, publish and maintain your digital invitation; to send you the link and notices about its status; and to handle your change requests.

4. Additional purposes (optional)

To send you information and proposals for photography services, to display your invitation as an example, and for statistical analysis of the website. You may refuse these purposes without affecting your invitation.

5. Photographs

The images you upload are used only in your invitation. They are not sold or transferred to third parties.

6. Transfers

We do not share your data with third parties, except providers that help us operate the service (web hosting, email and analytics), and as required by law.

7. ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and objection)

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@ilovepicphoto.com with your name, the link to your invitation and what you are requesting. We will respond within the periods set by law.

8. Retention

Your invitation is deactivated one week after your event. Contact data is kept as long as you do not withdraw your authorization to receive offers.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure traffic and improve the site. You can reject them from the cookie notice.

10. Changes

Any modification will be published on this page.
